Draw Your Box was founded in 2018 by Australian journalist and diversity advocate, Alicia Vrajlal – former Editor at HuffPost Australia and now Senior Culture Editor at Refinery29 Australia. While it originally began as a website about diversity, encouraging people to draw their own box and be their own person in all facets of life, it has now pivoted its focus to South Asian Australian voices in Australia and beyond.
