Jay Shetty wins big at 2019 Asian Awards

After being named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2017 Europe for being a game-changer in the world of media, Jay Shetty has continued using his mantra, ‘make wisdom viral’, to touch lives across the globe.

Now the former monk has been recognised for his inspiring work once again, receiving the Outstanding Achievement Online award at the annual Asian Awards held at Grosvenor House in London this month.

Joined by his gorgeous (and just as intelligent and inspiring) wife Roshni Devlukia, the social media sensation accepted the award in front of other prominent personalities and high achievers in the Asian community.

What's more, it's been a kick-ass couple of weeks for Jay, who's been sharing the message of wisdom via means beyond his famous Youtube and Facebook videos.

As well as being interviewed by Sky News and Ellen DeGeneres, he's been the one asking the big questions in his podcast On Purpose, with the likes of Chelsea Handler and Zachary Levi making appearances on the popular series.

It's no surprise after all of this that his social media following has immensely multiplied.

"Thank YOU! 3 MILLION Community on Instagram!" he wrote on Instagram earlier this month. "So grateful to appear on @skynews to talk about my journey so far and the importance of wisdom, powerful messages and using social media for good.

"This is just the beginning and I’m so deeply appreciative for all the love you all show me! This is only possible because of each and every one of you!"
